It is their role to ensure WeCONNECT operates in such a manner that it maintains its status as a registered society.
The Board as a whole is accountable for the finances, legalities, planning and policy decisions of WeCONNECT.
The Board’s role and function is defined by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Society which are approved by the general membership of the Society.
